The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the central heating works well, there is safe in the room, and there's a multi-channel television; great services and free Wi-Fi.

The room here was well-maintained with 2 beds, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the location was conveniently close to everything.

Got three door keys and only one worked. So two adults went down to get new cards. So now those two worked but not the third one. Also we had remote in room that did not work. It was to a different brand tv than the tv in our room. Last but not least, the nozzle in bathtub fell off. Had to take cold shower and use washcloth to grip it to turn off water ,

Over all it was a pleasant visit.

Rug was torn made the room look a little dingy.

It's right off Archer Road which has a lot of great restaurants and stores. It's also not too far away from everything else in Gainesville.

The only thing I didn't like was waking up to the sounds of construction as they were doing some repairs or renovations when I went. Other than than that everything was great and I would recommend someone else staying at this location.

Location is good. Close to the interstate and lots of restaurants in close proximity.

The room I stayed in could have been a lot cleaner. I found hair from previous guest in bathroom. Also the hotel needs an upgrade as its age is showing. Bathroom had lots of embedded dirt in corners.

Everything was great, had a really nice stay for the price. Great-sized and well-stocked units with microwave and coffee machine. The staff were outstandingly accommodating. I liked the good restaurant and the food was amazing.

comfortable bed, decent bathroom

breakfast was the worst I ever had at a comfort inn, the eggs were pulverized into a yellow sawdust type appearance. sausage was microwaved and slippery. single elevator made for long waits. very noisy so close to the highway. grounds have not seen a landscaper in years.

Road noise. Our room on the 3rd floor and facing I-75 gave us a noisy night. I will not book again through booking .com.You charge my card months in advance of my stay--never again

The favorable location and complimentary hot breakfast, clean pool, incredibly nice staff, and convenient amenities like a double room with a microwave and coffee machine were all highlights of our stay here.
